To be eligible to return an order it must be placed within the 30 days and must be unused and unaltered, The order and all of its contents must be in original condition Protective film must be intact.
With unqualified returns we would like to make it clear that should you want to return your order for a reason that is not related to the quality of your order it should be so noted that return shipping will have to be paid for by you. A payment processing fee to the amount of 5% will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping would be deducted as well and would be about 25$. A ‘tip’ we recommend is to review the product specifications so as not to incur extra charges.
If there is a defect with your order or it is damaged you will not incur any charges. You will receive a full refund or your order will be replaced. It will not be necessary to pay for return shipping and you will be charged no restocking or processing fees. A note to keep in mind is that damage that was caused due to misuse or beyond normal wear will not be covered.
